Loves it!
Once again there were things that I wanted to blog about at the time, but now that time has passed and passed again since I last touched my blog, it seems that I no longer need to blog about such things..
My 22nd has come but it has not gone just yet. Feeling older? Not really.. People probably still think I am 18 - 19. Really grateful and appreciative of all the many friends around me, could not be happier. I have realised that things such as a simple friendship really make me feel blessed. I lie, I did not just realise, I always knew, but it has been confirmed. Thanks for the calls. Thanks for the messages. Thanks for the presents. Most of all, thanks for the presence in my life. Love you all. This is the time of the year I get to see faces I haven't seen in a long long time. Taking advantage of every moment!
Now let me share an experience I was meaning to blog about a while ago..
A few weeks back. it was a very cold and gloomy day and I got off the train at Bayswater station, however due to mis-communication, I had to wait there for a while. The station was full of people, people from all different walks of life but in a blink of an eye they had all returned to their seperate lives away form the station. After the busy moment passed, I sat there and started to solve cases on my DSlite with Mr Phoenix Wright. In between reading dialog, I observed the station and the surroundings. On platform number one, there was a cleaner, unshaven and seemingly cantankerous and uncultured. I automatically thought to myself how miserable such a person must be and after hearing him swear, automatically insinuated to thoughts in my mind such as how he was a racist and on the verge of laying on me verbal abuse at any moment. My phone rang, which meant that it was time to leave. I got up and headed out of the station but as I was walking it started to hail so I ran. My bag, as used as it is, was not very helpful in my situation with it's dilapidated velcro leading to a couple of my things falling out whilst I was running and avoiding my DS (still mid-game) getting wet at the same time. Anyway, after I picked up my things and continued on, the cleaner called me back and to my surprise held up a little mushroom from Super Mario, the little decoration which had come from the top of my DS pen which I didn't even realise had fallen off. He then proceeded to talk to me a little bit about the weather and more. Despite being outside in the cold rain, cleaning the mess left behind by the disrespectful public, he was probably the most cheerful and friendly person at the station amongst the hoards of dreary faced and no doubt hungry commuters all rushing to be the first get home.
I probably didn't describe the situation clearly or descriptively enough to make any impact but I shall leave it here for my own reference. Moral of the story is don't judge a book by it's cover!
I more than need to travel within the next year! I want to taste the sweet taste of wealthiness I feel when I am in Malaysia and eating all the foods I miss using an hours wage to pay for every meal for the day. I miss my family and friends there whom I haven't seen in years. I also feel the calling from Hong Kong and Japan which are both unvisited but priority destinations on my list. Take me there.
Assignments due next week. 60 pages of drawings, 4 minimum A2 sized finished pieces and a storyboard. At least there's no more business or programming! One can only try to be 100% positive in such a predicament! Work hard. Play hard and then sleep!!
Take care coz' you're a cool kid! =]
